Fishing History
I've been bass fishing for as long as I could remember.
I am originally from Northeast Ohio - which isn't known for the bass fishing, but luckily moved to Eastern Tennessee and have called Lake Chickamauga home for the past 8 years. In 2017 I won the Bassmaster College National Championship and Classic Bracket. In 2021 I qualified for the Bassmaster Elite Series.
The Bassmaster Classic
In August of 2017 I won the Carhartt Bassmaster College Series National Championship on Lake Bemidji and followed up with winning the College Series Bracket in Minnesota, punching my ticket to bass fishing's most prestigious event - the 2018 Geico Bassmaster Classic presented by Dicks Sporting Goods
"The Paperboy"
As far as my nickname - "The Paperboy" - Bassmaster emcee Dave Mercer started calling me that because I look so young and it stuck. I've always embraced it and had fun with it, its good for my brand and fun for the fans of bass fishing.
